I took my mini to the Worthing BMW/mini garage to have a dent and a scratch repaired. My whole experience was smooth from the moment I dropped my car off to its finish. I was kept up to date with the status of my car and was kindly provided with a curtesy car whilst mine was being repaired. The whole team were friendly and the garage has a very welcoming atmosphere. Pete the body shop manager was very customer focused and explained every detail. My car was ready on the day Pete had said it would be and the repair work is outstanding.
