Always very welcoming whether a member or not. Doors a bit difficult if disabled (I was on crutches) but other visitors helped me get in and out of the venue
Lovely health club. Friendly staff & nice environment. Adults only so it is lovely to swim or use the classes with no children. More classes being added and new changes. Keep up the good work.
Haven't been a member for a while now but when there felt very welcome. Only used pool and changing room facilities including steam and sauna rooms and dedicated disabled accessible shower room. Staff all very helpful and knowledgeable. Also coffee lounge in entrance hall very good, staff lovely. Whole place kept clean and pleasant. Food good and reasonable price. Nice place to relax after work out, or could just visit there for a coffee Lanes took over from Virgin and as far as I remember they were planning a few changes with disabled members in mind.
Excellent club, nice people, very helpful staff. Facilities good, clean & comfortable, new gym equipment currently arriving. Left David Lloyd Durrington to come to this club, total opposite to there i.e. no screaming, out of control kids ruining EVERY area, plenty of parking at all times, members friendly, pool good temperature, gym relaxing, classes for all abilities. Lanes gives what it advertises, no nonsense & geared up for it's members not just a money making machine. Well done Lanes & many thanks.
A great place to go that has something for everyone. A huge variety of classes, well equipped gym and a relaxing pool and spa facilities combined with a caring and passionate team.
