An all around shop that sells most things you can think of
during December 2016 my 82 year old Mother returned a purse to Hanwells in Rustington as the tag broke off and she could'nt get to her coins. The purse was 3 to 4 months old & she asked for a replacement tag or purse. A young assistant said sorry but an older assistant and even The ( Manger ) were offish the Manager even shouted down the shop " give her her money back " everyone looked & my mother had to empty her purse in front of this older assistant feeling awful with no help. WHAT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT A WAY TO TREAT AN ( 82 ) YEAR OLD LADY , certainly will not shop their........
