We have just returned from a delightful stay of three nights at Glendales B&B. Jenny and Gabrielle are wonderfully thoughtful hosts. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are many extra touches which you do not get in other establishments such as a flask of filtered water in the room and a fridge with fresh milk. We particularly enjoyed the homemade cake when we returned in the late afternoon. Breakfast was beautifully presented, freshly cooked and one felt that nothing was too much trouble. Stayed at Glendales last Spring and loved it. Gorgeous walk down to the beach and lovely catered breakfast. Relaxing garden to read and rest in. Total oasis near the sea. Jenny and Gabby are lovely hosts. Would happily recommend this place by the sea side.
This was our second visit to Glendales and will not be our last. Much care, thought and attention to detail has obviously been put into all aspects of this b&b. From the very high standard of the accommodation to the extensive offerings of high quality food for breakfast (the poached eggs were a particular favourite). Our hosts were very friendly, warm and courteous, making our stay both relaxing and comfortable. George & Carol.
