Technical problem with promotion. I wouldn't trust them to run a bake sale, as they appear very disorganized, and provided very poor communication. I would be averse to using their services for any campaign I was considering in the future. Avoid.
Shocking service, ordered a Christmas present almost a month in advance. Very poorly packaged item received, the box was too small so instead of splitting the other in to 2 boxes or using a larger box, things had been stuffed in with no protection and an extra scrap of cardboard to cover the whole were the sides of the box could not meet. Order was of course broken, after weeks of back and forth christmas has now gone, its 2018 and still no presents or refund. I will not be using a company who chooses Venture Blue again.
Wrong item sent. A huge hassle to return. No compensation. A nightmare.
