My cat had an appointment for yearly vaccination and health check but became poorly just before which I explained over the phone. The receptionist was lovely and gave as much advice as possible.On arrival the receptionists were friendly.We were seen on time. The vet listened to my concerns and then explained in great detail the problem and the way forward, he told me my options with the different medications and costs before going ahead. He was very empathetic and friendly. It's a small treck for me but worth every mile.I would highly recommend Vets for Pets.
Had my girl Brandy there,she need it a operation badly,it all went well,everyone was great and the op went good,but they made a mistake of putting with 2 black strange dogs,since then she is anxious against black dogs and has to wear a muzzle every time we take her out,for luck her brother isn't of black fur or we would have had a disaster. So i would let the practice know if your pet can be or not be with other pets,your pet might change their behaviour towards other animals

I recently had my 12 year old cavalier King Charles spaniel euthanised at your practice by one of your night time vets. I just wanted to say how well the practice is run and it was all organised by one of your receptionists Jena. She made the experience far more bearable by supporting me the whole time, making me aware of what was happening and the plans for him, along with discussing cremation/burial options very sensitively and considerately. Our dog was a huge part of our family and to lose him was absolutely devastating. However, it was your staff who made the experience more comforting. Jena is an absolute credit to your practice.I will definitely continue Vets 4 pets Rustington should I ever need to in the future.Thank you to Jena and your team at the Rustington practice for your hard work.Shannon x
Highly recommended! They looked after Stumpy as if he were their own. Highly professional and straightforward. Stumpy was admitted for an emergency operation and they kept me up to date the whole way. They explained everything to me as far as his medications were concerned and said they were open 24hrs if I needed anything which is a REAL bonus.Stumpy is not out of the woods yet but with the care Vets4Pets in Rustington are giving him I know he's in good hands.
