Since my first visit in 2014 I've done about 5,000 miles on my bike and managed not to need any work done, apart from home cleaning and oil on occasions. Over the last few months everything had been slipping and making lots of odd noises, then after a small crash the gears were totally shot.Booked in for a Silver Service at Sussex Velo, and as expected the service was great. Fast friendly and very professional.Just taken my pride and joy for a ride, and I was amazed how much difference this service has made, until something is fixed by a pro, you don't know what you are missing.
