Excellent company and customer service
Very disappointing. Made all sorts of promises and assurances to gain our business to sell our home and didn't deliver on any of them despite constant reminders by ourselves. Since discovered that their charges are massively higher than other agents whose sales performance figures are actually better. Conveyancing company "sold" as being the best is even worse and totally useless plus expensive. Even the EPC survey we had done was 50% dearer than all local competition. There are much better and cheaper in Rustington , we have cancelled and instructed one of them

Great service sold out house in six days, very friendly staff send always kept up to date with the progress of the house sale. Highly recommend if you want a stress free house sale.
The most sly estate agent we have come across. Very intrusive and wanted to know lots of personal details including my age and how we knew we could afford our preferred budget when buying. Pressuring - wouldn't let me cancel an appointment with their mortgage advisor and kept asking who we were using and how much they charge. Stupid text messaging system which obviously shared our details with third parties as kept receiving spam messages and calls since registering. Also over price houses, saw the same house on their site at a higher price, also encourage buyers to bid against each other so that they pay over the asking price! (RIP OFF and emotional pressure - not all estate agents do this).Pushy and not very friendly compared with other estate agents in the area! Wouldn't go near them again!
