Not even worth the one star. Very pushy even when they know it's a sad situation and the sellers didn't really want to sell but had no choice. Very absent, shocking customer service, inexperienced. Right down to the day that the exchange took place. Homeowner gave a time, and estate agent told them otherwise - before monies had even transferred. Wouldn't touch this money thieving business with a barge pole, most certainly won't even consider buying off of them either.
Very disappointed with my let, my friend wanted to buy through them and I don't think they put her offer forward, she felt bullied
